This was our first ever long-haul holiday and we arrived tired and jaded. However as soon as arrived and were shown our rooms we knew it was worth it. Every picture we'd ever seen of a tropical beach came true and within a day or two we had forgotten all about rainy London and all of its hassles! Fabulous scenery and great hiking opportunities with a guaranteed ultra-tasty meal at My Kitchen to look forward to. Excellent service and a brilliant holiday experience. We will be back!

Even more than that gorgeous beach, the beautiful room, the views or even the delicious spa what we liked most was the incredibly friendly atmosphere. For such a luxury hotel somehow the staff managed to be both professional but also warm and really genuine and that sets a lovely tone for the holiday. Great experience and thanks for arranging our great trips to Hua Hin and charging around the coast on a speedboat � great fun!

Memories to last a lifetime. Beachwalks under the starlight, My Home by candlight, the view from our balcony, elephant trekking in the rain forest, dozing by the swimming pools, lotus blossoms, fishing boats coming into harbour and the genuinely friendly smiles of your lovely staff. Sighs, still although we are home now we still have the photographs and so many shared happy moments.

Have been in this hotel for 3 weeks and had a good time. PLeasant staff, good food and the price was ok. Its not a very luxury place, but its a quit place... you wont find hundreds of tourists
