Tailors! You can find over 100 tailors! You can have anything done at unbelievable prices! Some of the best tailors are in the major hotels but with better quality also comes better prices.
The New Hua Hin Market Village gathers hundreds of stores and food stands located on Petchkassem Road south of the town center. The best zephyrs can be found in Thailand and Hua Hin has its share of good jewelers. Naepkhehat Road you will be able to find more artsy works, like paintings, antiques and furniture.
Additionally there is the Bazaar area and the Chat Chai day market mostly comprises of food vendors in an open air area. Perhaps one of the best markets is the one located in the Grand Hotel, runs from Thursdays to Sundays from 5:00 pm to midnight; this market is a local favorite and you can find from clothing to plants. But the most popular of all is the weekly Pae Mai, this market opens only on Tuesdays and it's located across from the Railway station the wide selection of articles go from motorcycle parts to furniture in addition to all other traditional items, like crafts and clothing.
Remember your haggling abilities and put them to use here. 9 times out of 10 you can bring them down to almost 50% of the original price. Look disinterested; don't get tense, for best results... pretend to walk away. This is part of the culture, never accept the first price you are given.
